Our Story

Haus Candy Co. was founded by Chelcie and Adam Aldred. We’re Houston natives who like a finished room and Swedish candy scooped by the bag.

Swedish candy is its own tradition. Gummies, sours, and foams come in flavors and textures you won’t find on American shelves, made to be mixed and matched by the bagful. We fell for it, and we wanted Houston to have it the way it is meant to be had: scooped from a cart with old-school candy shop charm. And for everyone who can’t get to the cart, we scoop it ourselves and send it.

So we built Houston’s first Swedish candy cart for the celebrations and neighborhoods we love. Guests still line up for the mix, and the cart still looks like it belongs when the room fills up.

What types of events do you serve?

Birthdays, weddings, corporate events, baby and bridal showers, school and community events, and just about anything else worth celebrating. If your occasion isn’t on the list, tell us about it and we’ll make it work.

What’s the difference between the Candy Cart, Candy Stand, and Party Pack?

The Candy Cart brings the full-size cart, 12 varieties, and two attendants. The Candy Stand is a self-serve display with eight varieties. The Party Pack arrives as one branded bag of candy for every guest. You can compare all three options and prices using the same guest count.

How much does it cost?

The Candy Cart has a $650 experience fee and the Candy Stand has a $325 experience fee. Both add $9 per guest, with additional time priced by experience. The Party Pack is $11 per guest with a 25-guest minimum. See all three options on the booking page before you reach out.

How do I book Haus Candy for my event?

Where are you located?

We’re based in Houston, TX and serve events around the Houston area. Share your venue or neighborhood in the booking form and we’ll confirm your date and location.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

Our Swedish candy is imported from European manufacturers, and like most imported confectionery it may contain or come into contact with common allergens. We can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment, so if you or your guests have serious allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out before your event and we’ll talk through the current candy lineup together.

Do you do public pop-ups?
